A note from the person who built this

I moved to Bali in 2017 to run a rental. I didn't plan to build software.

Nine years in: 211 bikes, 6 staff, three branches. Along the way I burned through every CRM I could find, kept failing back to Excel and WhatsApp, and lost more deposits than I'd care to admit.

Every CRM I tried was built for car dealerships, written for Russian hostels, or sold by someone who'd never lent a Vario to a tourist. So I built one — properly, with a Western dev partner — for shops like mine: foreign-owned, locally operated, allergic to enterprise bloat.

9 ways your rental is bleeding money

Money disappears between cash, transfer, and crypto.

Deposit in cash, repair via bank transfer, payment in crypto from a tourist, withdraw via PSP — all logged as "transaction." Month-end, you can't trace anything.
